சிங்க குணத்தை பிரதிபலிப்பவர்கள்.

ஒரு ஆணின் (XY) உடம்பில் அவனது பாலினத்தைத் தீர்மானிக்கும் மரபணுக்களில் X மற்றும் Y ஆகியவை உள்ளன. Y என்பது ஒருவனது தந்தையிடமிருந்து கடத்தப்படுவது. X என்பது ஒருவனது தாயிடம் இருந்து வருவதாகும். ஆனால் ஒரு பெண்ணுக்கு (XX) இரண்டுமே X மரபணுக்கள் தான்.

பாட்டனிடம் இருந்து தாத்தன், தந்தை, மகனென்று ஆண்களுக்கு மட்டும் கடத்தப்படுவதே Y மரபணுவின் சிறப்பு.

ஆண் சிங்கமானது எதிரி சிங்கத்தை மட்டும் கொல்லாது, அதன் அனைத்து ஆண் வாரிசுகளையும் கொன்றுவிடும். அக்கூட்டத்தின் பெண் சிங்கத்தோடு புணர்ந்து தனது Y மரபணுவை பரப்பிவிடும்.

இதனை ஏன் சொல்கிறோம் என்றால் சிங்கம் என்ற விலங்கின் குணத்தை ஆராய்ந்து அதைத் தங்கள் வாழ்வில் சோதனை செய்து பார்த்து பெருமளவு வெற்றியும் கண்டவர்கள் வணிகர்களே. சிங்கமே இல்லாத நாடுகளிலும் சிங்கச் சின்னங்கள் எவ்வாறு வந்தன என்பது இப்போது புரிந்திருக்கும்.

They reflect the nature of lion.

Males (XY) have two different kinds of sex chromosomes (XY) which determine the sex of an individual. The Y chromosome is inherited from his father and the X chromosome from his mother. But females have two same kind of sex chromosomes (XX).

The specialty of the Y chromosome is that it maintain an unbroken line of inheritance through which the chromosome passes from male to male only.

When a lion kill its enemy, it will also kill all the male heirs of the enemy. It will then mate with the lioness from enemy's pride and spread its Y chromosome there.
